Jimmy Johns as a chain makes excellent sandwiches and as a whole I give them 5 Stars but this particular location is not up to snuff. I go only when I have to (it's maybe 2 miles from home) and I'm usually disappointed. My problem is not the food. The food is as good as any other jimmy johns, but the orders are frequently wrong, missing ingredients, or missing a whole sub (either never rung up or not put in the bag. I know it's my job to double check it when I leave but sometimes I order 5+ for family and friends and I get home and we're one short). If your passing by, avoid a headache and pass this one up and go to another along your route.

I got the BLT Sub and it was just average, kinda bland very little taste but the delivery was quick and maybe it was just a bad order.

This was the least friendly Jimmy Johns we have ever been to. It took the staff about 3 minutes to even make eye contact and acknowledge our presence. Three minutes doesn't sound long, but for JJ's that's an unusually long time (and we were the only customers in there). In addition to the subpar service they got our order wrong, which is also a JJ's first for us.

Finally! A place I can say "I remember when that was an empty plot of land..."; a business that has been in Fort Myers shorter than I have. I hope that this place thrives in the location, because the prices are reasonably right for being called a "gourmet sandwich" ($4.99 for the 8" sub sandwiches, $5.99 for the Giant Club Sandwiches). Jimmy John's is PACKED for the lunch hour, and the friendly smiles on the staff show that they aren't going to let the long line fool them. Quality sandwiches seem to be made here! A proud moment in eatery history with this place: They call their meals 'subs'. Not 'hoagies', not 'grinders', not anything but SUBS. Which is what they serve. A lot of the sandwich competitors call these meals everything under the sun for what it's referred to in other States. However, not every hoagie or grinder is the same as a sub. Everyone has a different definition of the words, and it seems Jimmy John got it right in his product placement and product names. I ordered the "#5 Vito" 8 inch sub sandwich. The Vito is "The original Italian sub with genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato, & real tasty Italian vinaigrette. (Hot peppers by request)". I do have to say, the roll made it crispy and although the vinaigrette was on the light side, as a whole, it seemed dry... no oil was dripping out (good thing! Less mess!), but it was almost like they forgot it in some places. It was tasty when you got in to it, so maybe it's a matter of where the 'grette landed. I'd get this again for sure. Can't beat the price at $5.29 (incl tax). Upgrade to combo would get chips and a drink for a couple more dollars, but I didn't go that route.

Wow, ordered the JJ Gargantuan and it was so good. The tuna was very good as well. Their subs are not very big so if you are a heavy eater, one may not be enough. I would definitely go back.

Had our first Jimmy John's sandwich and very, very pleased with sandwiches. I had roast beef and cheese w/lettuce, tomato and mayo. Beard was fresh, tasty and sandwich was very good. Other sandwiches bought, tuna, and italian sub. All very peased with size, freshness and quality of sandwich. Ordered drinks, chips and yummy pickle. Very pleased. Only one minor distraction; Manager (?) sat in dining room and interviewed a potential employee and it was very loud and distracting. No food problems at all though and will definitely order again.

Tried Jimmy Johns for a Saturday night dinner "change". Ordered at 5 the delivery man rang the doorbell at 5:15. Super fast delivery!! Subs were fresh and made exactly as ordered. Will definitely be back.
